Morgen “Mo” McKynzie is a multi-hyphenate performer from Lubbock, Texas. After getting a B.F.A. in Acting and B.S. in Electronic Media from Texas State University, she then packed up and moved to New York City.
Since then, she’s made appearances in East New York on CBS, Family Affair, a comedic short film, and Mean Girls: The Musical in theaters now! You’ll also be able to catch her in the upcoming A24 film The Front Room and the new Amazon series Fallout.
Mo can also be heard in the NAACP Image Award nominated audio play, Small Victories, produced by WGC Productions. She was recently nominated for an Audio Verse Award for her performance as the lead character, Marisol.
All the while, Mo can be found at home staying true to her introverted roots or in the streets at a local karaoke bar singing Luther Vandross or The Fray.
